Moana 2 is a dazzling return to the ocean that captures all the magic of the original while charting bold new waters. Moana’s journey is more personal and profound, with fresh challenges that test her courage and deepen her bond with nature and her people. The animation is breathtaking, with vivid, oceanic visuals that feel alive, while the new songs are very catchy, blending the song's whimsical rhythms with a flair and thrilling sense. Maui’s humor is cheesy though appreciated, and the new characters bring charm and depth to the story. Equal parts heart, adventure, and inspiration, Moana 2 is a triumphant sequel that reminds us why we love the original and the uniqueness Moana has as a princess in the first place.
